Mutation (namazari) rules regarding deposit sharing and deposit consolidation

 

The application for mutation has to be submitted along with the Assistant Commissioner (Land).

The following documents have to be submitted along with the application for mutation.

(A) In applicable cases: 1. Copy of purchase and required purchase documents. 2. Heir certificate 3. Copies of Heba documents and certified copies of all records or pamphlets. 4. Certified / photocopy of Baya / Pit document since last survey

5. Submission of payment of land development tax. . 01 copy of the design with the boundaries described in the schedule.

(B) Cost of mutation:

(A) Court fee for application = 5 / - (Five rupees)

(B) Notice issuance fee = Rs.

(C) Record correction fee = 200 / - (two hundred) rupees.

(D) Copy mutation ledger fee = 43 / - (forty three) rupees.

Total = 250 / - (Two Hundred and Fifty) Taka + If there are more than four people, the notice issuance fee will be charged as Taka 0.50 more per person.

Note: If the mutation case is not disposed of within 45 days from the date of submission of application and any one demands additional fee for the mentioned expenses, please contact the Assistant Commissioner (Land) / Upazila Executive Officer / Revenue Deputy Collector / Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) or Deputy Commissioner.
