Judgment in the previous case

The plaintiff appeared today. Plaintiff's representatives are present. Defendant did not appear. There is no lobbying. The case is pending on the day of trial. So, it was accepted for trial. I heard the details of the plaintiff's statement. I accepted the testimony and evidence of the witnesses present. If a social arbitration meeting is held in the presence of both the parties on 10/10/2020, the defendant Abul Basar Khokon will explain to the plaintiff Md. Hasan in cash 80,000 / - (seventy thousand rupees). .
It was ordered that the plaintiff Md. Hasan should pay Rs. 60,000 / - (seventy thousand rupees) to the defendant Abul Basar Khokon within the next 30 (thirty) days.
